Over many years, Executive Chef Grant de Montreuil has helped shape the signature flavour of the Okanagan. A dedicated student of his craft, Chef de Montreuil is continually exploring and challenging culinary boundaries, experimenting with new flavours and refining traditional practices. He is recognized for his passion for using fresh, locally produced ingredients.

Chef De Montreuil and his team are so passionate about offering farm to table, fresh, locally produced ingredients that they developed the Bonfire Culinary Gardens in 2014. Much of the gardens produce is used to provide the freshest food to the Bonfire Restaurant.
