Celebrate ‘Cuisines of the Sun’ featuring a reflection of flavors and cooking styles from the Sonoran, Mojave and Chihuahan deserts in a fun and comfortable environment on the edge of Okanagan Lake.

Cuisine of the Sun is inspired by the flavors and cooking styles from the Sonoran, Mojave and Chihuahuan Desert regions. Exotic and local ingredients combine through classical and rustic cookery techniques to create refreshing, bright, colorful dishes. Spice is used to enhance flavor rather than to produce heat. Our chef forages the local farms and markets to source the freshest ingredients focusing on delivering a true “farm to table” experience.

Hours:
Bonfire Restaurant is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner from 8am-10pm daily. Bonfire Bar is open from 11 am – midnight daily. Reservations are recommended but not required.

Bonfire Restaurant:
The menu exhibits flavors and cooking styles of the Southwest combined with west coast ingredients. Savor unique dishes intense in flavor prepared from the freshest of local ingredients in a casual, upscale and contemporary space that is fun and exciting for all. Open for breakfast lunch and dinner in West Kelowna’s only waterfront restaurant.

Bonfire Bar:
Meet friends and enjoy the exciting atmosphere in Bonfire Bar with a creative drink menu that features a variety of martinis and cocktails or appreciate the selection of fine wines which are available by the glass and bottle.

Seating Capacity:
Bonfire Restaurant has 90 seats
Bonfire Bar has 35 seats
The Outside Heated Patio has 40 seats

Prices:
Restaurant prices range from $7-$12 for appetizers and $14-$35 for entrees at dinner.

Parking:
Parking is available in front of The Cove Lakeside Resort.

  • It was the butter cream cake with a hint of chili--yes chili--that caused Deborah to purr, "I would go so far as to say that is exquisite--the juxtaposition of the chocolate and the zesty orange."
